Due to the nature of electronic products such as motors, brushes, batteries, etc. All sales are final. Any and all warranties will be the responsibility of the respected manufacturer. If you feel an item was damaged during shipment please do not use the item in question and contact us immediately. If you feel the item was mis-packaged or defective, please contact the respective manufacturer immediately.

Western Sydney RC is not responsible for any personal injuries or death as a result of abuse or mishandling of a product that has been purchased.

We reserve the right to refuse service to anyone

 SHIPPING POLICIES

  • We ship via Australia Post you can select regular post or express post  
  • In some cases in Sydney and surrounds we can send via Clipper parcels
  • Local pick up is available please contact us before placing orders all order placed before 5pm will be able to be picked you from a location in Richmond NSW after 8.30am the next day Monday to Friday   
  • All orders placed online will be processed within 48 hours of purchase
  • We only ship to shipping addresses please make sure that it is correct
  • We can ship world wide contact us for more information
  • We are now shipping all over the world all you have to do is log into your account put the items in you cart and proceed to check out, then send us a message and we will get the shipping rates to you all international payments must go through PayPal.

 

 

 PAYMENT POLICIES

  • We accept PAYPAL, VISA and  MASTERCARD
  • Orders can be placed online through our website or phoned in to our store
  • Please note that any PayPal fees will be passed on to the buyer

 

 WARRANTY POLICIES

  • All warranty issues are handled with the manufacturer
  • Check instruction manual or manufacturer website for warranty details
  • Customers who receive defective radio controlled products and products with missing contents must contact the manufacturer directly for replacement and/or warranty repair.
  • We are here to assist you with any problems, but the manufacture has the final say in all issues.

 

 RETURN POLICIES

  • Items must be unopened and factory sealed and are subject to a 20% restocking fee
  • Items older than 14 days cannot be returned
  • ALL SALES FINAL after 14 days
  • Customer pays for return shipping
  • We do not accept any returns for used Radio Control products, as they will be returned directly back to the customer at their expense.
  • Items returned within 14 days please allow 10-14 business days for refund
